Todd has over 30 years of experience as a veteran finance, accounting, and banking professional. As a serial entrepreneur, he has personally owned and led five companies. Over Todd’s career, he has been a finance advisor and banker to over 700 companies ranging from startups to publicly traded companies. Todd has been personally involved in buying or selling eight companies over his career. As a Chartered Professional Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant, Todd has a passion for providing accurate reporting and systems to ensure better business decisions. : Ali has over 13 years of direct accounting and senior finance positions within several local companies. Most recently, Ali held the senior finance position for a Kamloops cabinet manufacturer. He was directly responsible for job costing analysis in a manufacturing setting. Additionally, he has nine years of experience in an international accounting firm where he led the accounting team and analyzed and managed costs to optimize efficiency

Carla is very proud that she has been a true Kamloopsian since the age of 2. Carla has worn many hats throughout her career. She has 20 plus years’ experience working in an office environment. After growing up in Kamloops, she moved to Vancouver and worked in the Accounting Department of a major airline. Wanderlust then took her to Calgary. She held several contractual positions, ranging from an advertising company receptionist to an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable/Group Administrator for an oil well servicing company, where she was responsible for 80 employees and their benefits. Since returning to Kamloops, she worked in the service department of a mining, construction and forestry company as a Financial Assistant, then Sales Coordinator, and ultimately as an Executive Assistant. Later, she worked in the accounting department of a company whose primary focus included rebuilding aerobatic plane engines and the distribution of aviation parts. In this next chapter of Carla’s career, she has taken on the position of Office Administrator for RBTJ Financial Management. She is looking forward to working with the vibrant, experienced and knowledgeable RBTJ team, and meeting new clients and supporting their needs.

Syed has over 2 years of direct experience in tax preparation, financial analysis, and accounting, helping clients navigate complex financial & tax matters while ensuring compliance and maximizing their financial potential. He recently graduated in Finance from Thompson Rivers University and has a strong foundation in economics from his studies in India. Syed believes in listening first and strategizing second, delivering tailored solutions that make a difference. He also mentors aspiring professionals through the University's Tax Club. With a long-term goal of earning his CPA designation, he is committed to continuous learning and making a meaningful impact in finance and accounting.
